Tele-consultation is available only for our existing patients  and selectively for new patients who fulfill certain criteria  
    After reading these instructions please scroll down to click the START button  
    Apply for tele-consultation giving name, address, age, gender & complaints (in brief) and give your consent  
    Submitting the request will automatically post a message (on WhatsApp) to our patient service number  
    Doctor will triage your complaints and decide whether it is suitable for a tele-consultation or requires in person visit to the clinic  
    If suitable for a tele-consultation you will receive information for submission of fees (by UPI like BHIM/Gpay/Paytm etc.)  
    After that you need to send your last eye prescription (if any) and complaints (symptoms), one or two close-up shots of the eyes (left and right eye separately) and a short video (5-10 seconds) of the close-up of your affected eye while blinking normally. Please do not take photos/video in selfie mode as photographs are flipped horizontally when taken by the front camera  
    You will be chatting on WhatsApp directly with the doctor  
    At the end of the consultation you will get a digitally signed PDF prescription and a receipt of the consultation fees on WhatsApp
