- Submission of request will be through a WhatsApp message to one of our phone numbers. This phone number is for the purpose of WhatsApp appointment request submission only and is not otherwise attended. It is not available for any other service.
- You will receive a confirmation of your appointment only after a discussion (verbal or through WhatsApp) from our appointment services
- Please do not call up for appointments after you have submitted a web-request.
- Our appointment service will call you within one working day, between 11 am and 9 pm.
- You may not get an appointment on your chosen date (depending on availability) - however we will try our best to accommodate you.
- If more than one patient is coming for consultation you need to submit only one request - additional names can be added when you receive the call back.
- You will have to undergo a regular screening for infectious diseases as per our current policy and submission of web-request does not guarantee an appointment.
