| The front office collects fees based on the following principles – please cooperate with them as they are only implementing our policies: |
- For first consultation full fees are charged. Thereafter any number of visits up to one week (excluding day of first consultation) are free of charge. After that full fees are chargeable.
- If any procedures or investigations are done within this period of one week they are chargeable
- Usually, fees are not charged for seeing reports, unless additional procedures are done - but this is at the consultant’s discretion.
- For post-operative patients fees are payable for the first post-operative visit (usually after one week).
